Amcat is a US based manufacturer of automated dialling software for the call centre industry. Amcat started it business in 1999 and contracted TTA to handle its PR and marketing. TTA have taken Amcat from a start-up comp-any to the number one supplier of automated dialling software in the UK. Amcat is now a 40 people, turning over 2 million pounds in revenue and is now expanding into Europe. |
