Westfalen is a local distributor of telephony and security products.
Westfalen, although successful were having problems with raising
the profile of their products and company and were also suffering
from a very tight cash-flow. TTA were able to assist in developing
some very marketing programmes that were quick, cost effective
and allowed the Westfalen sales team to immediately follow up.
These programmes easily paid for themselves within in a few weeks
and allowed the company to increase its sales volume. Further,
TTA suggested a number of methods to speed up payment of invoices,
which again increased the working capital of the company.
