Videte IT is a German manufacturer of digital CCTV equipment. Videte had been very successful selling its equipment in German mostly to banks, and other vertical markets, but it had no international sales. Videte desperately wanted to expand internationally but wanted to limit the investment risk. TTA was therefore offered a fixed price contract with specified deliverables to set-up a European distribution network. This has now been achieved and Videte has hired an international sales director to manage the new channel.
