Your Mentor - A shoulder to lean on!
TTA specialises in bringing expert knowledge of critical
business areas within reach of the small business owner. These
include sales, marketing, finance and cost reduction. Even the
most experienced business manager cannot be an expert in every
activity, but typically staff, customers, the bank, creditors
all expect you to have the answers.
Typical Client – The small to medium business owner/operator
The typical TTA business client is a company of between
1-100 employees, whereby the owner/director is also the finance
director, the sales director, the marketing director, and the
operations director. Our clients also have very little cash to
spend on major consultancy or marketing programmes, but need to
break free from their current cycle.
We can help identify the wood from the trees
In these cases, due to the volume of daily tasks the
director spends too much time “fire fighting” to fully
realise the potential of the business and to implement plans to
maximise growth.
Sharing the Burden, Easing the stress – Business
coaching
TTA can provide that extra resource and share the management
burden, by providing a new look and a clear insight into the business
and then assist in implementing plans that move the business forward.
The services that we provide are the following:
Why TTA?
We have a proven track record and we know what its like
to run a business! The market is full of freelance or franchised
consultants who will offer companies business advice. There are
some good ones, but typically these are people whose experience
has come from larger organisations and most have never set up
or operated a business on their own. Not only has TTA experience
of business consultancy and coaching, but we have also been directly
involved in managing several successful start-ups. We know the
issues, we know the problem, and we have the references to prove
it!

Fees
The major objection of most businesses
to hiring business coaches and consultancy are the fees. TTA fees
are affordable, straight forward, and once the tasks have been
agreed fixed priced. We do not offer any gimmicks such as, “We
double your profit or your money back”. We are a serious
company, offering value for money and our aim is to establish
a long term mutually beneficial relationship, providing an excellent
return on investment for all our clients.
