Coaching

All of the above are the elements that are required to run a successful business and on any day a company director will have some input on most if not all of the above. The key service that TTA provides on the retainer basis is on-going advice and coaching to assist on real daily problems as they occur. The daily business is not a continual discussion on strategy, that the fun part, the daily business is fire fighting, survival and growth. TTA will attend monthly meetings, and are available to discuss any business issue on the ‘phone. Further, TTA can provide on-going coaching to specific areas of a business, such as sales, marketing, accounts, credit control etc.
